How can I order online?

You can place an order through our online website by adding your selected products to the shopping cart and following the checkout process. You can pay with any major credit card or through your PayPal account.

Can I place an order by phone?

Yes. You can also place orders over the phone at 1-888-254-6469.

Can I pay with cash or check?

No. We do not accept cash or checks.

Is my credit card information safe and secure?

Yes, we have a very secure payment gateway and optimized SSL certificate to keep all personal and payment information safe.

How much is shipping? What are my options?

We ship anywhere in North America through UPS. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Canada flat rate of $14.99) for all packages, regardless of weight, sent ground in the U.S.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Yes. You will get two emails after you make your purchase. The first email will provide you with a confirmation, your order number, total and items purchased. The second email will provide you with a tracking number from UPS. Using UPS ground, most packages arrive within 3 business day on the west coast and up to 6 days on the east coast. We also provide expedited shipping services if you need your package faster.

Can I return or exchange the items I buy?

YES. You have 30 days upon receiving your order to return or exchange for another item.

How do I protect my plates from theft?

L2B sells torx screws (foreign and domestic) which deters theft. We provide you with four screws and a torx key.

What is the purpose of the chrome caps?

The purpose of the chrome caps is aesthetic. The chrome caps go over the screws and cover them. The chrome caps give the product a uniform chrome look.

How do I remove L2B products with 3M adhesive backing?

If you placed an L2B product (Ribbon, flag, fish) on you car please either call 3M ( 1888-364-3577) for removal instructions or you can go to your nearest auto body shop for assistance.
